Maridian Construction Group Corp, PR State Department Registry #105,622, is a for profit organization registered to do business in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico since 1999. We are a general contractor serving the commercial, industrial, educational and residential sectors.

Maridian Construction is a privately owned company founded by Eng. Néstor I. Hernández and Eng. Michel Rafael Rachid. Both have over 20 years of experience in the project management and general construction business.

Maridian Construction has over 15 years of service in the General Construction Business. It is a member of the American General Contractors Association - Puerto Rico Chapter, The American Concrete Institute and the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de PR.60% of our work is performed in the commercial/industrial and institutional sector while the remaining 40% is performed in the residential “Custom Houses” sector.
